FlowFixo

Reliable plumbing services for homes, businesses and new builds

Leaking pipes, weak pressure, a blocked drain the night before guests arrive, or a full building that needs its water and drainage laid out properly. FlowFixo plumbers find the cause, explain it in plain words, give you a written price, and fix it so it stays fixed.

Four kinds of plumbing work, one accountable team

Most plumbing problems cross trades and floors. We keep design, installation and repair under one roof, so nobody blames the last contractor and you get one answer.

Kitchen sink and mixer tap in a home kitchen

Residential plumbing

Kitchens, bathrooms, water heaters, roof tanks, pumps and the hidden pipework that ties a home together.

Commercial washroom with glass shower enclosure and wall-hung fixtures

Commercial plumbing

Offices, shops, restaurants, clinics and apartment blocks — planned maintenance and fast fault response.

Technician repairing a pipe connection inside a sink cabinet

Service & repair

Leaks, blockages, low pressure, running cisterns and failed fittings, diagnosed before anything is replaced.

Stack of PVC pipes on a building site ready for installation

Construction plumbing

Water supply, drainage and sanitary installations for new buildings and major renovations, tested before handover.

Why people keep our number on the fridge

A plumbing visit should leave you with less uncertainty, not more. Our plumbers arrive with the common parts already on the van, look at the whole run of pipe rather than the one drip you can see, and tell you what they found before they start cutting or replacing anything.

You approve a written price first. If we discover something else once the wall or cabinet is open, we stop and show you before the price changes.

What happens after you call

A simple sequence, the same on a small tap repair as on a new apartment block.

Most calls are scheduled the same or next working day. Water actively escaping is treated as urgent and moved to the front of the queue.

01

You describe the problem

Call, or use the form. Tell us what you see and hear, where it is, and since when. A photo helps more than you would think.

02

We book a time slot

You get a two-hour arrival window and the name of the plumber who is coming. If the slot moves, you hear it from us first.

03

Diagnosis on site

The plumber checks the whole affected run — supply, fittings, drainage and pressure — then explains the cause and the options.

04

Written price, then work

Nothing starts until you approve the price. Parts are matched to the existing system, not whatever is cheapest on the van.

05

Test, clean, sign off

We test in front of you, clean the work area, and leave a job sheet with the warranty terms written on it.

Problems we fix every week

If it carries water in or takes it away, it is our job. Some of the most common calls:

Leaking taps and pipes

Drips under sinks, damp patches on walls, and joints that weep under pressure.

Blocked drains

Kitchen, basin, floor-trap and soil-line blockages cleared and the cause dealt with.

Low water pressure

Pumps, clogged aerators, undersized lines and partly closed valves traced one by one.

Running or weak toilets

Cisterns that refill all night, slow flushes and leaking pan connectors.

Water heater faults

No hot water, tripping elements, leaking safety valves and poor connections.

Tank and pump issues

Overflowing roof tanks, noisy pumps and float switches that no longer switch.

Burst pipes

Isolation, emergency repair and a permanent fix once the area is safe.

Bad smells from drains

Dry traps, failed seals and venting problems that let sewer gas back into rooms.

Plumbing is mostly invisible. Good plumbing stays that way.

The best compliment we get is silence: no damp patch returning, no smell after the rains, no pump cycling at 3 AM. That only happens when pipes are sized, supported, sealed and tested properly — so that is where our time goes.

Questions people ask before they call

Straight answers to the things most people want to know first. Anything else, ask us directly — the person who answers the phone knows plumbing.

Most service visits are booked for the same or next working day. If water is escaping and you cannot isolate it, tell us on the phone — those calls go to the front of the queue. You receive a two-hour arrival window, not a whole day.

There is a fixed call-out fee for the diagnostic visit, which we tell you before booking. If you go ahead with the repair on the same visit, the call-out fee is included in the quoted price.

Yes, always in writing. The plumber explains the cause and the options, and nothing is cut, drained or replaced until you approve. If something new turns up, we stop and ask again.

We match materials to your existing system — uPVC, PPR, GI or copper — and use fittings from established manufacturers. If you have a preferred brand for taps or sanitaryware, we are happy to fit it.

Every job sheet carries a workmanship warranty. Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty on top. If a joint we made leaks within the warranty period, we come back and fix it at no charge.

Yes. Commercial clients can set up scheduled maintenance, and builders can bring us in from drawings through to the final pressure test and handover.

Something leaking right now?

Close the nearest isolation valve if you can find it, then call us. We will talk you through the rest while a plumber is booked.
