Homes have more plumbing than most people realise — supply lines in the walls, drains under the floor, pumps, tanks and heaters working all day. We install, repair and upgrade all of it, and leave the house as clean as we found it.
Choose a room to see what we typically handle there.
Sinks, mixers and appliances. We install and replace kitchen sinks and mixer taps, connect dishwashers, washing machines and water purifiers, and fix the slow-draining, smelly trap that nobody wants to touch. Waste lines under the sink are re-laid with proper fall so food waste does not settle.
Common jobs: leaking mixer base, blocked sink, new purifier line, replacing corroded flexible hoses.
Basins, showers, WCs and floor traps. From replacing a running cistern valve to plumbing a full bathroom renovation, we handle concealed mixers, wall-hung WCs, shower diverters, health faucets and floor traps, with waterproofing details respected around every penetration.
Common jobs: dripping shower mixer, weak flush, leaking pan connector, damp wall behind a concealed cistern.
Electric storage and instant heaters. Safe installation with the right valves, mixing of hot and cold lines without cross-flow, and repair of leaking safety valves and inlet connections. Electrical isolation is always confirmed before we touch the heater.
Common jobs: no hot water, dripping relief valve, scaling, relocating a heater during renovation.
Overhead tanks, underground reservoirs and lifting pumps. We install and service pumps, replace float switches, clean tank connections and solve the classic problems: pumps running dry, tanks overflowing, and air in the lines after a supply cut.
Common jobs: pump not starting, constant cycling, overflow running, low pressure on upper floors.
Garden taps, rain pipes and roof lines. Exposed pipework suffers from sunlight and movement. We replace brittle lines, add proper clamps, fix leaking garden taps and make sure roof drains and rainwater pipes carry water away from the structure.
Common jobs: cracked roof line, blocked rain outlet, leaking outdoor tap, poorly supported pipe runs.
The most expensive plumbing faults in a home are the ones inside walls and under floors. We trace them with pressure tests, isolation and moisture readings before opening anything, so we cut once, in the right place, and keep tile damage to a minimum.
Where old galvanised iron lines are corroding from the inside, we can re-pipe the affected section or the whole house in PPR or CPVC, planned room by room so you keep water through most of the job.
Concealed leaks rarely fix themselves. The longer they run, the more plaster, tiles and wiring they reach.
A sudden fall in pressure on one floor usually points to a leak, a blockage or a failing pump — all worth catching early.
Usually a dry or broken trap, a partial blockage or poor venting. Left alone, it gets worse after heavy use or rain.
A cistern that refills every few minutes can waste thousands of litres a month without a single visible drip. We replace fill valves, flush valves and seals with parts that match the cistern, adjust water levels, and check the pan connector and floor seal while we are there.
For the diagnosis, yes, or someone who can give access and approve the quote. For longer jobs we can agree access times in advance.
Usually only for the section being worked on, and for as short a time as possible. We tell you before isolating and how long it will be off.
Yes. We can supply fittings from established brands, or install ones you have already bought, after checking they suit your water pressure.
We make the opening as small as possible and close the pipework properly. Tile replacement can be co-ordinated with your tiler or ours.
Tell us the room and the problem. We will give you an arrival window and a written price on site.
