We are a plumbing company built around one unglamorous idea: do the job in a way that never needs doing twice. Residential repairs, commercial maintenance and new-build installations, all handled by the same trained team with the same standards.
FlowFixo grew out of a familiar frustration. Homeowners and building managers kept describing the same experience: a plumber arrives late, fixes the visible drip, and the damp patch is back a month later because the actual cause — a cracked fitting inside the wall, a pump wired to run dry, a drain laid without enough fall — was never looked at.
We set out to run a plumbing service the opposite way. Diagnose first. Explain what we found in words a non-plumber can follow. Quote in writing. Fix the cause, not the symptom, and test the result before anyone packs up their tools.
Today the same approach covers four kinds of work: everyday residential plumbing, commercial maintenance and fault response, scheduled service and repair, and full plumbing installations for buildings under construction. The jobs differ in size; the standard does not.
Replacing parts until the problem goes away is expensive guesswork. We trace the fault first, so you only pay for what actually failed.
Every quote is written and approved by you. If the job changes once a wall or cabinet is opened, we stop and ask before continuing.
Shoe covers indoors, sheets under the work area, and debris taken away. A tidy finish is part of the job, not an extra.
Supply lines are pressure-tested, drains are flow-tested and fixtures are run before sign-off. You watch the test if you want to.
Workmanship warranty is written on the job sheet. If our joint fails within the period, the return visit is on us.
Arrival windows, delays and findings are communicated by a person, not left for you to chase.
A joint is only as good as the pipe, the fitting and the hands that make it. We carry uPVC, CPVC, PPR, GI and copper components and match what is already in your building, so the repair ages at the same rate as everything around it.
Our plumbers are trained on the tools that matter: thread cutting, solvent welding, fusion welding, pipe bending, pressure gauges and drain inspection. When a job needs a specialist tool, it comes on the van rather than being improvised.
Plumbing work happens next to electricity, inside occupied homes and on active building sites. Safe working is planned before the first tool comes out.
