Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every quote, booking and job carried out by FlowFixo, and to your use of this website. Please read them before booking. By approving a quote or using the website, you agree to them.

Last updated: October 2026

1. Definitions

“FlowFixo”, “we” and “us” mean the business providing plumbing services through this website. “Customer” or “you” means the person or organisation requesting services. “Works” means the plumbing services described in the approved quote.

2. Quotes

Quotes are given in writing after inspection, or based on the information you provide where an inspection is not practical. A quote is valid for thirty days unless it states otherwise.

Quotes are based on conditions visible or reasonably foreseeable at the time. Concealed conditions — such as corroded pipes inside walls or blocked lines beyond the access point — may change the scope. If that happens, we stop and agree the change with you in writing before continuing.

3. Bookings and access

You agree to provide safe access to the work area at the agreed time, including access to isolation valves, meters, tanks and electrical isolators where relevant. If access is not available when the plumber arrives, a missed-visit charge may apply.

4. Call-out and diagnostic fee

A call-out fee applies to diagnostic visits and is stated before booking. If you approve the repair on the same visit, the call-out fee is included in the repair price.

5. Materials and parts

We supply materials suited to the existing system unless you ask for a specific brand. Customer-supplied materials are fitted at your request; we are not responsible for their quality, suitability or manufacturer defects, and the workmanship warranty covers our installation only.

6. Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due on completion of the works. Larger projects and construction work may be invoiced in stages as set out in the quote. Ownership of supplied materials passes to you once payment is received in full.

7. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for the period stated on the job sheet. If a joint, connection or installation we made fails within that period under normal use, we will repair it at no charge.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, freezing, external impact, alterations by others, blockages caused by unsuitable items placed in drains, or pre-existing pipework that was not part of the works.

8. Liability

We take care to protect your property during the works. Our liability for any loss arising from the works is limited to the value of the works concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limit. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, concealed damage we were not asked to inspect, or consequential losses such as loss of business or income.

9. Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

10. Use of this website

Website content is provided for general information. You may not copy, reproduce or republish it for commercial purposes without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access or submitting false service requests.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you approve a quote applies to that job.

12. Disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly once we know about them. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by discussion will be handled under the laws applicable at the place where FlowFixo is registered.
